Who we are and what we do

1000XFounders is a financial intelligence product operated by Mypay Saathi Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a registered UDYAM MSME based in India. We identify financial gaps in Indian D2C and BPC founders' MCA-filed accounts and deliver a Financial Mirror report within 2 hours.

We are a single-operator business. There is no large team, no data science department, and no advertising business. When you share something with us — a company name, a financial worry, a feedback answer — one person sees it. That context matters for everything that follows.

What data we collect — and why

We collect only what you actively give us while using the website. We do not track you across other websites, run advertising pixels, or build demographic profiles.

MCA public filings (company financials) are government data, publicly available to anyone. We use them as the basis of our analysis. We do not store your company's MCA data — we read it and process it into a report.

What we will never do with your data

This is the most important section. These are not qualified commitments — they are absolutes.

• Sell your data to any third party — advertiser, data broker, research firm, or investor
• Share your chat conversations, feedback answers, or company search with any other founder or business
• Use your inputs to train AI models without your explicit, separate written consent
• Use your data for targeted advertising — we run no ads, we have no advertising partners
• Share identifiable information with partners, affiliates, or any third party except the processors named in this policy (Formspree, Cloudflare, Razorpay) who are bound by their own privacy commitments
• Retain your personal data beyond 12 months from your last interaction with us

Who has access to what you share

Inside 1000XFounders: One person — the founder-operator of Mypay Saathi Technologies. No employees, no contractors, no offshore teams have access to founder data.

How long we keep your data

Chat conversations and feedback answers: Reviewed monthly for product insights, then deleted within 90 days. We extract anonymised themes (e.g. "47% of founders mentioned working capital pressure") — never identifiable content.

Waitlist emails: Kept until we notify you or you ask to be removed — whichever comes first. Maximum 12 months.

Session data (Cloudflare KV): Auto-deleted after 12 months via KV TTL settings.

Payment records: Retained as required by Indian GST law (7 years) — this is a legal obligation, not a choice.

Your rights under DPDPA 2023

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to:

Access — ask us what data we hold about you. We will respond within 7 days.

Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data we hold.

Deletion — ask us to delete all data associated with your session. We will do so within 14 days and confirm by email.

Withdraw consent — if you gave consent for anonymous testimonial use, you can withdraw it at any time. We will remove your feedback from any published materials.

To exercise any of these rights: email growth@1000xfounder.com with subject line "Data Request" and we will handle it personally, not via a ticketing system.

Cookies and tracking

We use sessionStorage (not cookies) to remember your progress through the website within a single visit — which sections you have unlocked, which company you searched, whether you have seen your gaps. This is stored only in your browser and is deleted automatically when you close the tab.

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or any advertising tracking technology. We do not retarget you with ads after you visit. We have no advertising partners.

Hostinger's servers log standard access data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) as part of normal web hosting. This is outside our control and governed by Hostinger's privacy policy.
